1. high vmstat "CS" values with Domino R5 on AIX v4.3.2

I am getting extremely high thread Context Switch values from the VMSTAT
command running on AIX v4.3.2 with Domino R5.0.1.  The Accelerated AIX
book says 100+ context switches is high.  I am getting something like
4000 on average.  Any idea why this is, or how I could reduce it?  We
are trying to improve performance as much as possible on this RS/6000.

Thank you,

Justin
