You can load the cd kit to hard disk, export it and mount it on the
remote machine and perform the update from the mounted directory.
Sometimes you can even install from a remote CD-ROM.

You can use NIM to perform this operation. Setup a
NIM server on your network and make the box you
want to upgrade a NIM client.
