        Called in to migrate a AIX BOS 3.2.x to 4.3.2. on a RS/6000 "pizza box"
(PS/250) in CD format. Attempting to use a NEC 4xi CD for install. CD boots
fine loading every OS from (Yuk) Windoze 95 through Solaris 2.4 w/o prob. --
chokes on the boot here. "bootlist" is coorect, box might be shy on memory
(16Mb), but no foul, no errlog, no explain.  IBM says "need IBM CD_ROM", and I
find propritary a wee bit offensive - let alone a royal pain in the ...

I seem to recall this sort of thing being discussed here in the past -
the general consensus of opinion was that you needed a CD-ROM drive that
would support a block size of 512 bytes. Apparently Plextor drives can
do this, but I don't know of any others that can.

I have a 10 GB UDMA IDE drive formatted with Windows.  The first partition
is FAT32, and the second is NTFS.  I can successfully mount the first, but
not the second.  Any ideas?
