We does not want x.25 network.
Is it possible we use 2-port mpa card for sna communication, which
device is used?

called 'devices.common.IBM.hdlc.sdlc' and then use the panel:
smit mksdkcsciedd
which is also available via the smit path:
devices, communication devices, ibm 2-port multiprotocol adapter,
adapter, manage device drivers, manage hdlc device driver,
manage additional protocols/emulators, manager SDLC COMIO
On this smit panel you will create an "mpcX" SDLC COMIO
interface on top of the "hdlcX" port. SNA will use the "mpcX" name.

1. 2-Port Multiprotocol PCI Adapter Problem
We have a AIX421 43p with the 2-Port Multiprotocol PCI adapter.
We use it for SNA connection. We using SNA ver 3.1.2.11
The menu ask we to install IX84978 if we use AIX421.
But , the sna connection do not work if we apply IX84978 (with
devices.pci.33112ib9 4.2.1.8) or install devices.pci.33112ib9 4.2.1.9 .
After we uninstall the above updates and reinstall devices.pci.33112ib9
4.2.1.0, the SNA connection work normally.
Do we miss any important thing?
