Look harder... On the Prometric website there's online registration or
you could "Find a Test Center". Maybe none is available at your
location?

Judging by your e-mail address, why don't you ask someone at the nearest
'learning services' IBM department?

Well, since I got curious about where that is (I'm on a different part
of the globe), I did some simple searching on:

http://www.2test.com/

This seems to be the closest one to you.

Center: NYL04 ORANGE COUNTY COMM COLLEGE
ONE WASHINGTON CENTER
NEWBURGH,  NY,  12550
845-341-4549

Seems like they have the "common pack" of AIX 4.3 cert. testing.
