Automatic power-off of an RS/6000 following issuance of "shutdown" command

Post by Duan » Sun, 27 Oct 2002 04:49:02

I was wondering if there was a flag that can be used with the
"shutdown" command that will automatically power-off an RS/6000
following the issuance of that command?

1. HELP: Where are "xmkmf" & "imake" for RS/6000 ?

We just got a RS/6000 workstation.  I would like to use "xmkmf"
command to generate a "Makefile" from a "Imakefile".  But I cannot
find the "xmkmf" command file. I cannot find the "imake" command
file either. Does anybody know under which subdirectory those files
are ?  Or do such files for RS/6000 have different names ?

Thank you in advance.
