i am currently trying to find out wich process is listenning on wich port. I
know that i can look in the /etc/services but it is not a known port. Is
there a tool that i can use to find this information???

To find what process is listening on which port at an instance in
time :

netstat -a

You may want to search the MAN pages :

man -k port

My understanding is that /etc/services defines what processes
are listening on which port. There are default values (well-known
ports) and then there are entries that your organization can
change, add, reserve for your environment. If you find your
mystery process, you may want to add it to /etc/services.

netstat -a -f inet
or
netstat -a f inet6

should list if anything is listening on a specific port (well known or
otherwise).   You then feed the host/protocol/... info into lsof

lsof will then print the process name PID and other stuff for you.
lsof is available at a friendly freeware site near you.

Use netstat -a or netstat -an to list connections for tcp and udp.
