firstly, HTML ain't a great idea.....

is the this 144.127.61.165 the IP address of the host where you're
running the mksysb ?
if it is, you should try
xhost +
or, more securly
xhost 144.127.61.165

perhaps you can just run
mksysb /dev/rmt0
?

1. J40, '165' diag. code for 10 minutes !

        Hello,

While out J40 boots up, it shows test '165' (BIST DCB and Memory) on
its LCD for 10 minutes !!! RAM is 2 GB. Is there any way to decrease
duration of this test ? It is so boring at initial system setup when
it needs to be rebooted time to time.

One more question, in the guides there is a lot of words about BUMP
console on S1 and Service console on S2 serial ports, but I did not
understand from the first readings how to make them work at boot. S1
starts console output only when test passed and AIX boots. Please give
        any suggestion.

Thank you in advance for your replies.
