Can someone help me or tell me where some documentation is to attach
an RS/6000 to the internet with a modem. I will be using AIX 4.3.1 or
4.2.1, but most likely 4.3.1 on an S70. I want to be able to dial
into my ISP and then use netscape on the RS/6000 to access the
internet.

You might want to visit www.multitech.com as they offer a proxy server
which is a little box that connects to your ethernet network on one
side and from 1 to three dial-out telephone lines at 56K to 1 to three
ISP connections. It works rather transparently.

I am sure there are other alternatives but this sure seems easy.
