Columbus OH AIX Senior level Admin needed

My Columbus, OH based company has a need for a senior level AIX
administrator (minimum of 3 years AIX Specific Sysadmin verifiable
experience, at least 5 years UNIX sysadmin experience) with at least 2 years
verifiable HACMP installation AND support experience, and SAN (preferable
McData/Brocade with EMC) experience.  Tivoli Netview or HP Openview
experience helpful as well.

I am not a recruiter, I am a UNIX admin who wants to make sure we hire the

AIX System Administrator

The Longaberger (R) Company, a diverse direct selling company specializing in the manufacturing of hand-crafted baskets and fine wood products, seeks an individual to fill the position of  AIX System Administrator.

Requirements:
3-5 years system administration experience on any unix platform.
Familiarity with performance monitoring commands, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, user and filesystem maintenance and TCP/IP networking a must.
Ability to write moderately complex Bourne or Korn shell scripts.
Well-established problem solving skills.
Experience in installing hardware and software, including required software configuration.
Administration duties for multi-node network.
Desire to learn new technologies.

Desires:
2 years AIX experience.
Through understanding of AIX logical volume manager concepts.
Experience with sendmail, DNS, NFS, yp, and similar network programs.
Experience with HACMP, migration to AIX 4.1, and RAID-5.
