X-Windows, MicroSoft Windows and UNIX

I have a HP UNIX computer which is on an ethernet network.  The company
has a NOVELL network which is the dominate network.  I would like the
NOVELL computers to run X-windows and software which is on the UNIX.

There are several software packages which will do this.  A couple are
Chamelon and SoftWindows.  I was wondering if anyone has done a
comparison of such packages and which product is better.

I will post a summary of responses.

does anybody know if it is possible to get a unix x-windows program to
start a microsoft windows program?  i know it can be done the other way
round using remote shell.

we've got a load of microsoft windows pcs with x-windows.  ideally we
want users to be able to click a button on our x-windows program which
then starts a microsoft windows program on their pc.
