Hi,
I need any segestions or help about the following:
is there a way to catch signal or somthing else, of begining and termination
of a runing process in the system ?

Sounds to me like you have a problem of some sort and
have decided that signals are the solution, if you could
only get them to work the way you want them to. Rather
than leaving us to guess what you are trying to do, why
not tell us what the real problem is -- we might then be
able to give you a simple solution.
