a question on imake

To all imake experts:

I keep getting error message when I try to use imake, which is:
"line 3: cannot find include file Imake.template
imake: Signal 2.  Stop."

if I do "imake -v", this is error message:
"cpp -I. -Uunix -DAIX -Di386 -I/usr/lib/local/imake.includes
line 3: cannot find include file Imake.template
imake: Signal 2.  Stop."

What am I doing wrong?

1. XMKMF and IMAKE want Imake.tmpl

I can't seem to compile any X11R5 stuff. My xmkmf and imake programs search
for a file called Imake.tmpl. I don't have one and would really like one. I
have installed on my machine Slackware 1.1.1 dist. and would like to know
what disk set this came on. If I am missing this file, I may be missing more.
I'd like to get everything covered. Anyone know where to find the file?
