tcp/ip w/sco unix 3.2 4.2?

we'd like to setup sco's tcp/ip with our business netcom's ppp account
so someone long distance can log into the server without making a long
distance call.  netcom says that our software needs to be able to do
dynamic ip addressing (to accept any ip addresss given by netcom's
server) to do this.  is this possible with our version? our tech support
doesn't think so.

This may be an awnser:

setup one end for dynamic incoming .
on the other end, setup dynamic outgoing. ( you must specify the ip address )

How to dial out ? i do not know? If you know, please let me know.

( in sco automatic dynamic setup requires specific ip address. if on the host
that provide dynamic ip address, then on your end,you need to setup manual
outgoing...) I have try on my computer to an isp but it does not work! But in
theorically  it should work!
to dial up thru manual outgoing, isues the command:
pppattach

to setup dynamic outgoing ? what command to issue? i dont know? If you
know,Please let me know.
