The SW Inspection process is described in Gilb at some length, and
the idea has been around for sometime. In practice, it seems to get
done in large organizations, IBM, Sun, Lockheed, etc. Gilb talks
about it applying as well to small organizations. For example, see
pp 242-246.  How small is small?  We have six people in the
entire organization responsible for SW development of a product.
Most of the company is HW oriented.  In practice, I've experienced
a lower limit of 3 people for a team. Even with that limit, there
is high potential to impact the dev team's work.

1. Small DB for a small computer

Hi I've got a p75 with 16MB of ram in it currently running a very cut down
version of RH7.0. It does however have an 11Gb HD in it.

What I'm looking for is running a simple database from it with maybe 3 or
four small tables. It only has to be fairly simple and must have jdbc client
support.

Any recommendations for something that might fit the bill?
