How does the httpd resolve these two HTLM-commands:
1. <IMG ALIGN=BOTTOM ALT="foo" SRC="file:/foodir/foo.gif"></A>
2. <IMG ALIGN=BOTTOM ALT="foo" SRC="/foodir/foo.gif"></A>
Are they handled identically?
Where are the differences?
What notation should I use?
