I was wondering if anyone knew if a spread sheet application existed for UNIX
based machines (preferably free ware)? If so, where can I ftp it from? Also,
if this question were better directed towards another newsgroup, please
pass the suggestion on to me...

If you're looking for free, you can't get any more free than GNU's
Oleo (Better for you than those other spreadsheets! *groan* I think
that joke is property of FSF :^) It's available on prep.ai.mit.edu
in /pub/gnu. It has both text and X-windows interfaces. I never had
a chance to fool around with it, but it looked quite good.

Does anyone out there know of any spreadsheets applications that can be
used on a Unix workstation ? I am familiar with Wingz, but am looking for
something more like Excel.
Any help is appreciated.
