Subj: Meaning of: "panic: dup mem alloc"
A Sony NWS-3860 workstation has begun to reboot every 0 to 5
hours ! In the messages file it says:
panic: dup mem alloc
syncing disks
(reboot)
Suggestions and hints to what can be wrong are greatly appreciated.
Answer by E-mail is preferred and thanks in advance ...
PS: I know that we should ask Sony - but they closed their
computer division in Denmark 2 years ago !
