Hallo.

I have a problem ... the system are slowly... at determintate time.. the
echo of character not returned inmediatly, i think tha this is a proble of
memory that problem appear when there are a lot of processes in swap
zone....

This is results of "sar" comand...

Use ps to find the names of the processes that make the system
slow down, and crontab to schedule them when the system is less busy.

Yes, but i don't havr the "ps aux" command to see the processes that have
%CPU or %MEM ... This command do good in Linux ...but in DG/AX do not exist
this commnad.

Do you have top? If you don't get a copy and build it.
top is much better for spotting CPU conflict and memory problems than sar
osview is the tool to use to spot swapping problems.
