1. STREAMS based tty device driver source code

I am posting this for a friend of mine.

I am looking for some "sample" source code for STREAMS based tty
device driver.  I have an old character list ('clist') based 'tty'
driver that I would like to port to the STREAMS.  (The driver is not
for RS232/ASCII devices; it is for 'twinax' terminal devices.)  If you
do not know of any public domain source code, do you know of any good
book that deals with this specific issue?

Any information related to this will be appreciated.
