1. Unix developed kiosks?

Anyone have any information on kiosks that have been developed in Unix.  I
have a customer that wants a kiosk, but has to have it developed on a Unix
platform..  I traditionally have done kiosks either on the Mac or in some
authoring tool in Windows.  

Any comments relating to this would be greatly appreciated.
