Very Computer

Hi,

  I have problem when I make my share memory program in Solaris 2.5 by GCC.
The following message is shown when I complier:

Undefined                       first referenced
 symbol                             in file
Ftok                                /var/tmp/cca001qC1.o
Shmat                               /var/tmp/cca001qC1.o
Shmget                              /var/tmp/cca001qC1.o

Can anyone help me?

Are you calling those functions with the first letters capitolized in your
code?  C is very case sensitive.

You've mis-spelled the names. Double-check the manual page.

 Sounds like sample code from Stevens' book, where the capitalized
function is a wrapper for the non-capitalized one plus error checking.
Happens when you copy code without reading the intro ;)
