I am currently attempting to impliment some fixed point arithmetic routines
for numbers with 39 pre-decimal point, 10 post-decimal point digits based upon
128 bit bit originals. The routines are to be run on 32 bit machines
and I would appreciate any pointers to algorithms, existing packages or any
other source of advice in this area. The emphasis here is on speed above all
else.
