Help me with this runtime error

Post by Lei Jian » Thu, 27 Jan 2000 04:00:00

Hi there,

When I run an executable file, I got this error message:
% tp_sr
ld.so.1: tp_sr: fatal: liblu62.so: open failed: No such file or
directory
Killed
%

What does this message mean? It seem that it doesn't have any matter with
my code.
Thank you so much for any suggestion.

It does has no matter with your code.
You must find out the directory containing the file "liblu62.so" and
add it to the environment variable "$LD_LIBRARY_PATH".

Help me with this runtime error

Apparently you're trying to access a function in a shared library. Make sure
that whatever you're linking with at compile time exists in your environment
LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable or whatever the variable is for your UNIX
environment.

Help me with this runtime error

Fun with SNA, eh?  The program requires the shared library,
liblu62.so, but it can't find it.  How to fix this depends
on which version of UNIX you're using, which you haven't
told us.

1. Kernel Compile/runtime errors HELP!

Hello everyone

I run kernel 1.2.3 at the moment at on my console i constantly get those
error pages exaplining the current problem with the kernel. (ie: process
number and so on that is most likely causing problemes)

After aboiut a days use the machine gets extreamly slow but i put that down
to low ram (only 4 meg).

However, im trying to now compile a new kernel (1.2.13 - or osmething liek
that) and i cannot compile because at the end (after ive retried millions of
times because the machine gives out kernel ewrror messages) it says a whole
heap of the *.o files have undeclared values or such.

Any ideas on the above? i run an public internet site, so any help would be
great as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance

adam
