Minneapolis outsourcing firm is in search of great communicators to
work their 2nd or 3rd shift HELP DESK positions!          
  We are looking for a self-starter with great communication skills
and the ability to handle tense situations to provide phone support
to our customers.  This position would also be responsible for
scripting, entering ID's, and heavy documentation.        
   Qualified candidates should posess great communication skills,
some experience with open systems, UNIX, and some mainframe.  
Training will be available.                              
  2nd shift is Sunday-Thursday 2:00-10:00                
  3rd shift is Sunday-Thursday 11:00-7:00.
