1. unix shell sig randomizer

i'm looking for a sig randomizer for my unix shell.  

i just want the quote at the bottom of my signature to randomize every day
or so from a quotes.txt file?  I've looked around on shell scripting sites
and have found nothing?  Anyone have a clue where I can find one?
