has somebody used the mobile ip-module from sun?

i did, but now i need to port it to solaris 8.
1. has somebody made any experiences in porting this
code to solaris 8??
2. what kind of good books or online documentation are
available for doing this kind of job?

1. vtunl from mobile-ip ported to solaris 8???
hi,
does anybody knows if there was a porting to solaris 8 of the vtunl module
which is in the mobile ip at:
http://playground.sun.com/pub/mobile-ip/sunlabs/
i have used this kernel module, which puts an IP header infront of a normal TCP/IP
or UDP/IP packet or removed it if it was an incoming encapsulated
packet, without the mipagent. i have seen that the mipagent was
ported to solaris 8. but i need just the vtunl module. this module
can be configured by its own.
