SYSTEMS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Resolve customer issues regarding hardware, networking,
communications, installation, configuration, and interfacing.
Provide internal systems support for technical services department
Extensive experience working with UNIX, DOS, and VMS operating
systems. UNIX is the highest priority.
1-5 years experience in software support
Extensive experience working with networking software.
Excellent listening skills and communication skills
High intellect and fast learner
Willingness to work in a demanding environment
Willingness to travel 5-15% of the time
