Hi,
I was wondering what header files I need to include to use the fuction
crypt(). Also, for the function date(), how would one call the function, for
it to return YEAR,MONTH only.

does anyone know how to call the UNIX crypt function ???
I want to automate the changing of passwords (passwd only accepts input
from a tty not stdin) I don't know what to use as the seed, if I use the
password from /etc/password I can validate users but I cannot create new
passwords that login can read.......
