I tipically leave f77 appls running with:
nohup app.exe &
It would be great if I could write a script to
(1) send me an email when the process finishes and
(2) grab the system time to have an idea of elapsed time.

Hi!
As a Linux newbie (who feel himself superuser:), I have some questions.
1. Where can I get DOSEMU and/or WINE?
2. How to format diskettes under Linux, either Linux native or MS-DOS ones?
3. How to make the Linux partition visible under DOS?
4. How to make default configuration, which every new user will get after
`adduser'?
If it's in some FAQ, please, tell me where.
BTW, I installed Linux (slackware) yesterday.
