Sun Ultra Parallel Port /dev/ecpp0

Sun Ultra Parallel Port /dev/ecpp0

Post by aoconno.. » Wed, 24 Jan 2001 02:19:15

When using the /dev/ecpp0 driver in Centronics/Compatibility mode,
is it possible to do bi-directional transfers, i.e. is it possible
to read the parallel port as well as write to it. Any information
would be very helpful.

The system is a Sun Ultra 5 running Solaris 2.6.

Thanks
Aidan
