Hi,

When using sysinstall, packages presented to me, and chosen, cannot be found
on the CD.  I know that some of there do exist (ie. X Free) because I picked
it on an earlier install (via "canned" install), booted and ran fine.  On this
current install (Kern Developer), I wanted to add X later but ran into this
problem.

Have others seen this?

I ended up using sup.  I left it in the office after doing a make
world.

I think its all there now, but I can't telnet to my box now and I get an
error loading libc.so.3.0.  When I get a chance I'll try symlinking the
existing lib to the one it wants and see what happens.

 * I had the same problem using ftp as the sysinstall media, its there but
 * sysinstall can't get it for some reason.  But hey its the SNAP.

There are some ports for which we can't build packages and distribute
them via ftp and/or CDROM, because of various restrictions.

It's not easy to integrate this information into the install program.
Sorry about that, we are trying to fix it.
