Is there anyone that knows about / have a printer filter for HP DeskJet
820 Cxi or similar that works with FreeBSD 4.1.1 STABLE.

I have an HP 2000Cxi and just went to the following url to copy the
script from section 9.4.1.3. Simulating PostScript on Non-PostScript
Printers:

For which specific driver to use in Ghostscript, try the following

Try pnm2ppa ( from http://sourceforge.net/project/?group_id=1322 ) as
backend to ghostscript.
