moused : 3 Button emulation and delay

Hi !

Is there a possiblity to say the moused, to increase the delay after it
decide, what is the press of one mousebutton or the press of two mousebuttons
one short after the other ? XF86Config has such a delay, but i found
none for the vidcontrol.
A laptop come with 2 mousebuttons, but i can't press them together
fast enough for the emulation of the 3. mousebutton (well, sometimes...).
