Very Computer

i am using 3 LNE100tx linksys etherfast cards, two in my freebsd 3.4 box
and one in windows 2000 machine.  i am hooked up to a cable modem and i
have setup a firewall. i am using a Dlink 10/100 Switch. when i try to ftp
into freebsd box from window2k machine and download somthing, lets an mp3
(about 3megs), i get a transfer rate of like 0.21 bps. the nics show a 100
fdx connection on the switch. does any else ever experienced this? i
should be getting atleast a 1mbs of transfer rate, right?

You might want to make sure that the MICs are set up compatibly with the
Dlink switch. Possibly they're in Full Duplex, and you need to change them
to Half Duplex, or something of the sort.
