Is there any way to format qic-40/80 fd-tape ? Any fdformat utility for
freebsd ? I will appreciate any info. Thanks.

I believe this can be done in version 3.0 with ft but "they" dropped support
for this since that release.

Rob,

I can see release 2.2.8 and 3.2. Where is 3.0? Or maybe 3.2 would do ?

You won't find ft after 3.0, that's why I still run 3.0, if you can't find
3.0 anywhere try 2.2.8 if it will fit your needs.
Not sure why 3.0 is not listed anymore,  ELF support started at version 3.0
so 2.2.8 was the last a.out version. I'd guess that's why besides 2.2.8 only
the most recent versions are listed.
