First of all... I'm a newsgroup newbie.. so I appologize if this ended
up in the wrong spot.
Now.... I have a Pentium 100 with one drive occupied by DOS and windows
3.11 and another drive occupied by more files/programs/etc. Am I crazy
to want to add FreeBSD to this setup as another OS? Do you think it
will create a lot of problems? What's the chance I'd loose data on the
C drive or muck up my computer if I repartitioned the D drive and
attempted to put FreeBSD there? (if it's possible to put freeBSD on the
second drive??)
If I can get away with having these two things co-exist I'd like to do
it rather than blow money on a 486 just so I can have a UNIX box to play
with.
Thanks,
any info would be great,
Zach
