XEmacs (no, it's not JUST for X) and Jed will both do colour syntax
highlighting.  I'm pretty sure I saw one which looked and worked just like
the Borland IDE, but I really can't tell you it's name or where to find it,
I havn't seen it in a WHILE.

Programming IDE NOT fox X

Hello!

Is there a programming IDE (which support several
langauages C/C++/Perl/Tcl an so on) made for
plain console. It would be greate if it looked
anything like Borland IDE.

Actually, i would be happy with an console editor with have
dynamic colored parsing of the types source.

xwpe comes somewhere in ports
do
make search key=xwpe
in /usr/ports and you will find it. It looks kind of  like Borland's IDE
(at least it was designed with it in mind thats for sure), runs both in
X and terminal mode and has syntax highliting, gdb interface and other
nice things. Supports lots of languages too.

Hello!

Damn it. I've search the web but could not find the home
page for RHINE. Can anyone help?

Stupid me. It's RHIDE, and not RHINE. Here's the link:

http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~sho/rho/rhide-1.4/rhide.html

Not sure if it runs on FBSD... check it out anyways.

Err....I think you mean RHIDE ("rawhide") an environment for DOS
and Linux. You can find info (and a link) from the compiler page
(djgpp-a DOS version of the GNU compiler) which I think
is www.djgpp.com (?).
