Port of midiplay

Port of midiplay

Post by Donn Mille » Mon, 17 May 1999 04:00:00

I found an app called midiplay, on freshmeat.net.  I know there
isn't a FreeBSD port of it yet.  Anybody get it to compile, and
is it worth porting??

-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  19591659 May 16 00:12
midiplay-2.0.tar.gz
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel    133867 Feb 24  1996
playmidi-2.3.tar.gz

"playmidi" is in the ports collection right now, but as you can
see, midiplay looks more substantial, and includes a whole bunch
of samples.

1. midiplay for FreeBSD

Hi,

I remember in the 'old' days there was a console program called
'midiplay' that would play midi's. But for the life of me I can't find it
anymore. Well, I found a linux version but can't get it to compile.
*sigh* Does anybody know where I can find it?

Thanks!
