1. Help with CHIPMUNK on linux

     I get a problem compiling the libs ....
sysdevs.c unknown storage size for `tz` and `time`, suspect this is
the old timeofday problem I vaguely remember encountering years ago.
     I have tried all the alternatives described in the README file,
but none works.
     If someone has diffs or suggestions as to what is needed for a
successful compile under 1.1.49 or higher with gcc 2.5.8 and 4.5.26
libs, would be greatful. Hardware is 486dx2-66 16 Meg and 8 swap.
