Hi folks !
i've got some old (=slow) FreeBSD-boxes accessing one fast box as
terminalclients via xdmcp (using gnome/gdm). Everything is fine, but audio.
I didn't get any tone out of my old clients, when in query-mode.
Running the X-Server+Gnome locally does it.
I'm not familiar with the audio-subsystems of X/Gnome, my question is:
Do i need to add some piece of software for this functionality or should it
work with the default-installation but some special settings ?
thx
Thomas
