1. xine - captain css plugin

Help!

I installed xine as rpm on SuSE 8.1 (libxine0 0.9.13, xine-ui 0.9.13,
libdvdcss2 1.2.1, ) and try to install the Captain CSS plugin :-;
xine_d4d_plugin-0.3.2 to look my own DVDs.

If I want to compile the Captain CSS package, I get after ./configure
the following error message:

installed

The command /usr/bin/xine-config --version gives as an output: 0.9.13.
So what is wrong?
