Does Linux work ok with the AMD 386 and/or 486 chips? If anyone has

I'm running the _full_ Slackware 1.1.1 distribution on an AMD 386DX-40
and have had *no* problems whatsoever (that I know of).

I'm currently running Linux on an AMD 386SX...no problems that can be
traced to the CPU as far as I can tell.

AMD 386DX 33/40 here, smooth as silk.
