AFAIK, anon ftp causes the ftp daemon to perform a chroot() call. In order to
let an anon ftp user perform an ls, you either must have a statically linked
ls in /home/ftp/bin, or a dynamically linked ls in /home/ftp/bin and a copy
of the libc.so.XXXXX and the appropriate symlink in /home/ftp/lib.
