To qualify that a bit: The quality of the generated sound varies heavily
from system to system. Really depends on your internal speaker. It is
more the mechanical properties of that speaker than its 'quality'.
So, your mileage may vary....

1. Audio CD -> Ultra 10 internal speaker
The OP wants to connect the CD audio to the internal audio system
(perhaps to record them).
Workman is a good way to listen CDs on headphones, but I prefer xmcd.
