Diamond Stealth 32 VLB help!

I'm stuck with a Diamond Stealth 32 VLB video card. Its got an ET4000W32
chipset, but I can't get it working with XFree 3.1. I'm using the
standard VGA drivers, but can't seem to get any steady picture.

I've read a file about XFree 2.xx that says Diamond cards are not supported.
Is this still the case? Has anyone managed to get XFree to work with
a Diamond card?

Has anyone got a Diamond Stealth 32 VLB (2MB DRAM) to work with XFree86 3.1.

Note: I am using the "freq" program to set the third clock.

I first tried to use the "et4000w32p" chipsets, but had the following problems:
-Everything on the screen was blurry, especially when I moved a window.
-When I exit from X, the text is all garbled up.

I then tried to use the regular SVGA server, but with no luck !

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
