Filter needed for this file:

Post by Borries Demel » Fri, 17 Mar 1995 06:05:32

Hello:

I need a filter for the appended file to turn it into plain ascii
without all the control characters. The file is generated from tee'ing
the output of a telnet session into a file. the telnet session is to a
library, and the screens contain a lot of boldface and highlights and
other control characters which make the asci text pretty much unreadable.
I have no other way to save the output (does anybody know of any other
method?). I tried groff -Tascii <file_in> <file_out>, but it only did
a partial job.

Any help would be much appreciated.
