Very Computer

I'm afraid I have to ask a rather simple (and maybe dumb) question.
In the current slackware distribution the dvi500 (or dvi500c)
program (a dvi-file printer driver) for the HP deskjet can't seem
to find its fonts. I guess a symbolic link needs to be made, but I
can't figure out what to do exactly.
I'd very much appreciate any help!

In the printer HOWTO you get exact directions.  The basic problem
is TeX for Linux puts you fonts in on dir and dvi500 wants them
in another.  You will have to make the dirs dvi500 wants and then
link all the existing files to the new dir.  E-mail me if
this doesn't help and I'll look at my setup.
