Hi All,

Well currently I'm considering buying a multimedia kit (cdrom drive,
soundcard, speakers, etc..).  There are a bunch out there.  If any of you
have had favorable/unfavorable experiences with kits that are in the price
range of $400-$600, I would appreciate it if you could send me your

If any specifically has had any experience with the Fusion CD or with
Reveal Multimedia FX, I'd really like to hear from you.  Primarily
just about whether it all worked with Linux well, and secondly whether
it looked durable, like does the tray slide out smoothly, or just plop
out and you had to shove it back in after loading, sound quality of
the speakers, etc.

Thanks a whole bunch.   If people are interested, I can post a summary
of any responses I get.
