To repeat dial a dip connection, write a dip script which dials once,
then call it from a shell script which repeatedly calls the script unless
the 'dip' process exists (ie one was successful), then sets up the routing.
(If anyone wants an example of this, send me mail and I'll post it
on comp.os.linux.help.)
